Job description

About the Company

DriveWealth is a global B2B fintech company working to broaden access to investing and financial independence. Its API-led platform enables partners to deliver seamless investing and trading experiences through mobile products, with support for modern investment workflows such as fractional ownership. The platform now covers U.S. equities, mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income, and options.

The company blends startup speed with the rigor of Wall Street, combining experimentation and creativity with strong execution, compliance, and discipline. The goal is to help shape the future of global investing.

Role Overview

DriveWealth is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead its external presence and growth marketing function. As the business expands across markets and asset classes, this person will help define the company as a category-leading infrastructure provider in embedded investing and global fintech.

The role covers product marketing, growth strategy, and brand leadership. It requires a data-led approach to go-to-market planning, digital channel performance, earned media, and executive visibility. The successful candidate will lead a small team, oversee agency and vendor partners, and work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team. The position is based at DriveWealth’s New York City headquarters.

Growth Marketing and Digital

  • Build and run a performance-focused growth marketing plan across paid and owned digital channels, with KPIs linked to partner pipeline and platform adoption.
  • Oversee the company website as a business development tool, including messaging, content direction, SEO, conversion optimization, and ongoing site performance.
  • Create thought leadership content and distribution plans that strengthen DriveWealth’s reputation in embedded finance, fintech infrastructure, and global markets.
  • Set up the marketing analytics foundation, including reporting structures, attribution methods, and outcome-based measurement tied to revenue.

Media and Public Relations

  • Design and implement proactive media strategies that support business goals across financial services, fintech, business, and technology publications.
  • Run the executive visibility program, including CEO positioning, podcast and broadcast opportunities, and leadership thought-content planning.
  • Manage the media agency relationship, covering press releases, briefing documents, spokesperson preparation, and crisis communication planning.
  • Build and sustain coverage in leading U.S. and international outlets while managing the media calendar with commercial focus and discipline.

Events, Sponsorships, and Partner Marketing

  • Plan and oversee the annual events and sponsorship roadmap, including hosted events, external conferences, and partner-facing programs that support pipeline generation.
  • Develop joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners to expand reach across partner ecosystems.
  • Handle awards and recognition planning, including nominations for business, industry, and workplace categories.

Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and grow a small, high-performing marketing team while setting clear expectations for agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on market positioning, messaging, and visibility.
  • Work with Internal Communications to keep internal and external messaging, social media, and executive communications aligned.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to turn business priorities into practical marketing execution.

Compensation, Benefits, and Working Model

The New York, NY pay range for this role is USD 325,000 to USD 360,000 annually. The position includes base pay, bonus, equity, 401(k) match, and strongly subsidized benefits and perks.

DriveWealth works in-office four days per week for teams in New York, Chicago, and Lithuania, reflecting a preference for in-person collaboration and fast problem solving. Benefits also include full insurance coverage, wellness reimbursement, a company-provided phone, a personal development allowance, generous PTO, observed holidays, and extended leave.

Work Authorization

Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based when they apply. Employees must provide original documentation proving work authorization on or before their first day.

For U.S.-based roles, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full time without current or future visa sponsorship. The company does not offer visa sponsorship or support for work authorization transfers. Any offer is contingent on maintaining the legal right to work at the company.

AI Use

The company encourages the use of AI tools to work more efficiently. It is looking for people who are comfortable using emerging tools to improve signal quality, reduce friction, and deliver better outcomes faster. The ability to use internal tools and technology effectively is considered important alongside core subject-matter expertise.

Equal Opportunity

The employer is committed to building a team with different perspectives and experiences and is an equal opportunity employer. Hiring decisions are made without discrimination based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Agency Policy

The company does not accept agency resumes. Unsolicited resumes sent to company addresses, employees, or other locations will not be the basis for any fee obligation.

Candidate Profile

This is a senior leadership role for a marketing executive who has built and scaled programs in both technology platforms and financial services, preferably in regulated environments. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical infrastructure into clear market narratives, lead across functions without formal authority, and bring strong judgment, transparency, and accountability.

Applicants should have deep experience in product marketing, growth marketing, earned media, executive visibility, and global brand strategy, along with the ability to operate credibly in financial markets and with regulatory stakeholders.

Legal right to work in the country of employment is required, and U.S. candidates must be able to work without sponsorship.
