Role overview
As Head of Marketing, you will help shape the future of the Mittelstand by further developing the company’s marketing approach, steering the team, and strengthening the brand across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Expand an existing marketing strategy and keep refining it as business needs change.
- Take ownership of marketing budget planning and control, working with limited resources.
- Introduce KPIs and track whether targets are being achieved.
- Build and strengthen marketing activity on social media.
- Review existing web presences and, where needed, reposition them strategically.
- Develop the company’s event marketing activities further.
- Carry responsibility for the corporate identity.
- Lead the marketing team and support its day-to-day performance.
- Challenge and develop team members while helping them grow.
Skills and strengths

- Strong visual sense for colours, shapes, and design.

Requirements
- Marketing experience in ERP systems or a comparable environment.
- At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in people management.
- Practical experience using AI in day-to-day work.
- Very good spoken and written English.
