Our mission is to empower every individual to achieve optimal health for a long, vital life. We offer flat hierarchies, swift decision-making without investor pressure, and a strong health-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full responsibility for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) growth by driving profitable revenue from the online shop through performance marketing, e-commerce management, and budget oversight.
- Scale new customer acquisition utilizing paid advertising, SEO, social media, and influencer marketing while continuously optimizing conversion rates, sales funnels, and metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and retention rates.
- Establish and lead a data-driven marketing framework involving accurate tracking, attribution modeling, testing strategies, and forecasting.
- Enhance brand positioning by ensuring consistent messaging across all channels including the shop, advertisements, content, and social media, while building a scalable creative system.
- Develop and advance impactful product marketing initiatives including value proposition development, go-to-market strategies, and portfolio management.
- Lead and nurture the marketing team encompassing performance marketing, brand/creative, and product marketing towards building a scalable, KPI-focused organization.
- Provide targeted marketing support to B2B sales efforts through positioning, asset creation, and lead generation.
Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- Several years of leadership experience in D2C or e-commerce marketing with proven success in team management and structural development.
- Demonstrated strong record in commercial growth and performance marketing, as well as deep understanding of brand positioning.
- Highly analytical, KPI-oriented mindset paired with a practical, hands-on approach to operational tasks without losing strategic focus.
- Clear, structured leadership style with demanding performance expectations for self and team.
- Fluent German language skills at native/C2 level.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in common performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, alongside analytics and tracking platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or knowledge in the health, nutritional supplement, or FMCG/premium consumer goods sectors.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and modern marketing technology stacks.
- Experience using HubSpot and advanced knowledge of attribution and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Exclusion Criteria: Candidates with purely creative or design backgrounds lacking data-driven performance focus, frequent job changes without lasting impact, or insufficient leadership experience are not aligned with this role.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range between €80,000 and €120,000 annually, with potential for exceeding this range for outstanding candidates, plus a growth bonus.
- Hybrid work arrangement with two days per week remote work after the onboarding period.
- Flexible working hours and a culture supportive of work-life balance.
- 31 vacation days per year, including complimentary days off on Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
- Company pension scheme and attractive growth incentive bonuses.
- Health and wellness benefits such as an annual health voucher, access to a mental health program named OpenUp, availability of cell-available water, and unlimited matcha tea in the office kitchen.
- Employee discounts at 25% off own products, product samples, plus additional perks through corporate benefits.
- A purpose-driven workplace embedded in a health culture with flat hierarchies, regular team outings, and company events.
