Role overview
SF Partners is looking for a senior marketing leader to shape and deliver its brand, marketing, customer engagement, and communications agenda. The role is focused on strengthening the organisation’s reputation, deepening customer relationships, and contributing to business growth.
Brand strategy
- Create and refine the brand direction, including positioning and core messaging.
- Keep the brand experience consistent across all customer and colleague interactions.
- Increase awareness, trust, and loyalty through disciplined brand stewardship.
- Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor moves to guide strategy.
Marketing and communications
- Design and execute marketing plans that align with commercial goals and growth priorities.
- Run joined-up campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
- Own the content approach across social media, advertising, digital channels, and promotional activity.
- Make sure customer-facing marketing materials are produced and deployed effectively.
- Support local and regional marketing activity that raises visibility and improves commercial results.
- Lead internal communication planning and engagement initiatives that support culture and colleague involvement.
- Build strategies that enhance customer experience and strengthen engagement.
- Spot customer needs and opportunities that can improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive improvements to customer journeys across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver solutions that add convenience and improve the customer experience.
Leadership and team development
- Manage, coach, and develop a strong-performing marketing and communications team.
- Encourage a team culture built on creativity, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.

Experience and capabilities
This position calls for substantial experience leading brand strategy, marketing, and communications, with retail experience being especially relevant. The successful candidate should bring strong strategic planning and campaign delivery skills, confidence working across multiple communication channels, and excellent written, verbal, and narrative-building ability. A solid understanding of customer engagement, loyalty, and customer experience is important, along with the ability to interpret market and customer insights and turn them into action. The role also requires strong leadership, people development, stakeholder influence, project management, analytical thinking, and commercial awareness.
