The position sits within a purpose-driven, international business expanding quickly across the UK, EU, and US. It will suit someone who enjoys creating structure, refining processes, improving performance, and operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
The role is based in East Sussex with three to four days in the office each week.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of logistics and inventory activity across multiple international markets from end to end.
- Oversee relationships with 3PL partners, making sure service levels, costs, and day-to-day delivery performance stay strong.
- Strengthen inventory controls, improve stock accuracy, and increase visibility across ERP tools and distribution channels.
- Enhance logistics workflows, systems, reporting, and the business’s ability to scale operationally.
- Monitor and improve last-mile delivery outcomes and the customer experience.
- Lead ongoing improvement projects across warehousing, logistics, and stock management.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to keep execution aligned.
- Guide, support, and develop a small team working in logistics and inventory.
Experience and requirements
- Demonstrable background in logistics and 3PL management within FMCG, consumer goods, food, wellness, beauty, or e-commerce businesses.
- Solid knowledge of inventory control, stock governance, and international logistics flows.
- Previous experience in fast-moving scale-up, challenger brand, or similarly growth-focused environments.
- Strong analytical and operational approach, with evidence of improving processes and performance.
- Working knowledge of ERP and WMS platforms, along with logistics reporting.
- Experience dealing with suppliers, logistics providers, and wider operational stakeholders.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with strong stakeholder management ability.
- Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery in a growing organisation.
Why this opportunity stands out
- Join a high-growth, purpose-led consumer brand at an important stage of expansion.
- Enjoy a broad, visible role with real ownership and influence over operations.
- Gain exposure to logistics activity across the UK, EU, and US.
- Play a direct part in shaping logistics, inventory, and wider operational processes as the company scales.
- Work within a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture backed by ambitious growth plans.
