About the Role

This role currently operates under INTEC Industrie-Technik GmbH and will transition to TecScope Experts GmbH following organizational integration. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the logistics department at the Dresden site, providing both professional and disciplinary leadership to your team.
- Independently initiate and coordinate logistics operations.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production, work orders, and customer requests.
- Monitor compliance with legal requirements, governmental regulations, and customs formalities, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate internal logistics and intra-company transport activities.
- Support inventory optimization initiatives.
- Oversee inventory count procedures.
- Evaluate and enhance processes within the logistics unit to drive efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in economics, supply chain, or logistics-related field.
- At least 5 years of personnel management experience and hands-on expertise in warehouse logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years' involvement in supply chain/logistics and technical administrative tasks.
- Proven multi-year experience in change management, lean management, project management, and risk management.
- Proficient with general IT applications.
- Fluent in both German and English languages.
- Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
