With a heritage spanning more than 185 years, the brand is known for refined craftsmanship, enduring design, and memorable client experiences. In this role, you will help build high-performing teams that reflect the Tiffany standard and consistently deliver outstanding service.
What the role will do
Reporting to the Retail Performance Director, you will define and deliver the MEA learning plan across stores, corporate groups, and support teams. The focus will be on strengthening the skills and confidence of all client-facing colleagues so they can contribute to business growth while providing a luxury service experience.
In partnership with retail leaders and other stakeholders, you will create learning initiatives that improve selling performance, leadership strength, client development, and the overall customer journey across the retail network.
Key responsibilities
- Build and roll out a retail learning roadmap for the market that supports strategic business priorities and growth targets.
- Create and tailor learning programmes that enhance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, clienteling, and leadership capability.
- Work with store leaders to make learning, coaching, and behaviour change part of everyday operations.
- Promote ongoing development through coaching-led approaches and leadership growth initiatives.
- Track the impact of learning activity using KPIs, reports, and business performance data.
- Partner with internal teams and outside providers to deliver modern, practical, and effective learning solutions.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings over 8 years of experience in retail learning, talent development, training, facilitation, or performance consulting, along with a track record of creating learning strategies that improve business results. You should be an effective leader and influencer, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills are essential. The role also calls for a highly organised, commercially minded professional who is genuinely motivated by developing people.
Other requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of professional experience is needed.
- English fluency is required, along with proficiency in the local market language.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is strongly preferred.
- Background in jewellery retail will be considered a plus.
Why this role
This opportunity offers the chance to influence the learning culture of a globally recognised luxury house and contribute to the development of exceptional talent. Your work will help shape memorable client experiences every day.
