Role Overview

This role leads the definition, measurement, and validation of learning outcomes across Noon's educational platform. It involves creating advanced, AI-integrated assessment systems that surpass traditional testing paradigms by providing rigorous and adaptable evaluation frameworks reflecting authentic learning progress. The role requires diving deeply into adolescent learning experiences to extract actionable insights to enhance educational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee assessment strategies aligning with all educational products.
• Collaborate with AI and product teams to build adaptive, data-informed evaluation tools.
• Establish and operationalize learning outcome metrics to derive meaningful platform insights.
• Maintain expertise in psychometrics, competency-based assessments, and AI-enhanced feedback approaches.
