About the role
This position sits within LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business and is focused on leading the Large Enterprise Business across Asia. You will head a team of senior Account Directors, shape the growth plan for the region’s biggest accounts, and serve as part of the Singapore leadership group. The role calls for a leader who can create meaningful business impact, coach senior sellers, and raise team performance while contributing to broader strategy and culture.
LinkedIn’s working model for this position is hybrid, which means the role is split between working from home and working from a LinkedIn office on selected days based on business needs.

Key responsibilities
- Direct and develop a top-performing team of Large Enterprise Account Directors.
- Build and execute a hyper-growth strategy for the largest customers across Asia.
- Drive implementation of major growth initiatives and ensure strong execution.
- Guide the team toward deep penetration within key client accounts through executive-level engagement, deal reviews, and coaching.
- Serve as an external thought leader and recognized industry expert.
- Contribute to Singapore and Asia Talent Solutions strategy as part of the Singapore management team.
- Support capability-building and career growth within the team.
- Help sustain a positive, values-led team environment that motivates strong performance.
- Work closely across sales, support, operations, and marketing to deliver shared outcomes.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles in technology, SaaS, consulting, or human capital sectors.
- At least 6 years of experience leading and growing high-performing teams with responsibility for business results such as revenue, growth, or retention.
- Experience selling to large, complex organizations in Asia is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Asia’s economic development and policy environment is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to coach team members to strengthen their sales capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in building cohesive, high-performing teams.
- Strong executive presence, credibility, and influence at C-level.
- Sound strategic business judgment and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
- Ability to create durable cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships through strong networking and alliance-building.
- Strong standing in the HR community in Asia is preferred.
- High integrity, results orientation, and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong presentation and public speaking ability, including representing the company at industry events.
- Inclusive leadership style with cultural awareness and sensitivity is preferred.
