Job description

Role Overview

A fast-growing commercial business in Singapore is looking for a senior IT operations leader to strengthen its technology foundation. In this position, you will guide a multi-functional team responsible for service management, cloud and infrastructure, workplace technology, and venue operations. The role is vital to keeping core systems stable, resilient, and delivering a consistently high standard of service across the organisation.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Own IT service management practices, including SLA oversight, weekly service review meetings, and the way technology services are requested, delivered, and tracked across the company.
  • Direct the Azure cloud and infrastructure environment, supervise managed service provider performance, ensure effective backup and disaster recovery arrangements, and identify opportunities to improve cloud spend efficiency while preserving continuity.
  • Lead venue and network technology operations, covering network reliability, Wi‑Fi administration, and technology support during events, while serving as the main IT contact for Facilities on venue-related systems.
  • Manage workplace technology services, including end-user computing, device setup and provisioning, Intune administration, and onboarding IT preparation for new employees, in close coordination with the helpdesk partner.

What the Role Requires

  • Proven leadership background in IT operations, infrastructure, or service management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and MSPs effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, along with ITSM practices and operational governance.
  • A strong service orientation with the ability to improve processes, standards, and overall performance.

Eligibility

Only Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents may be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available.
