Role Overview

This is a full-time remote leadership opportunity with EVAL CORPORACION S.A.C. for an experienced Head of Human Resources. The position is focused on shaping HR direction, running day-to-day people operations, and partnering with senior leaders to make sure HR supports wider business goals. A strong emphasis is placed on building a workplace culture that is inclusive, engaged, and geared toward high performance.

Key Responsibilities

The role covers the end-to-end HR function, from strategy through execution. You will create and refine HR policies and procedures, oversee recruitment and selection, manage onboarding and exit processes, and lead performance management efforts. The job also includes administering compensation and benefits, driving talent development programs, resolving employee relations matters, and helping with workforce planning. In addition, you will ensure labor and employment law compliance, produce HR reports and analytics, and work closely with management on people-related decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate should bring strong HR leadership experience, including managing HR operations or teams. A thorough understanding of labor and employment law is important, along with the ability to build and maintain HR policies that align with organizational priorities. You should have hands-on experience in employee relations, recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning. Success in a remote working setup is essential, as is the ability to coordinate with stakeholders across different locations. The role also calls for excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, plus a collaborative leadership style. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with HR metrics and HRIS tools are expected. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline is required; advanced certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are considered an advantage.

Additional Expectations

The company is looking for someone committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to maintaining a fair and respectful workplace for all employees.
