Role Summary
This full-time remote leadership role is suited to a senior HR professional who can shape and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives. The Head of Human Resources will guide HR policy, ensure compliance with employment and labor regulations, oversee employee relations, support leadership development, and strengthen talent acquisition efforts. The role also focuses on building an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture and partnering with senior leaders to maintain a people-first approach across teams and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be expected to design and roll out HR strategies that support the company’s broader goals, manage and refine HR policies, and keep employment practices compliant with applicable laws. You will also handle employee relations matters, contribute to leadership development, lead hiring-related initiatives, and help shape a positive, growth-oriented culture across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong command of HR practices and core human resource management principles.
- Solid working knowledge of labor and employment law and the ability to apply it for compliance.
- Demonstrated experience creating, enforcing, and improving HR policies while managing employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven capability to drive organizational strategy and support cultural transformation.
- Background in talent acquisition and retention planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior senior-level HR experience, preferably within a global organization, is a strong plus.
