Role Summary

The Head of GTM will own the company’s go-to-market direction and execution, making sure Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success stay closely aligned. This role is responsible for setting the GTM vision, creating repeatable playbooks, and supporting revenue growth through both acquisition and expansion efforts.

In this position, you will evaluate market opportunities, sharpen ideal customer profiles, refine positioning and messaging, and equip sales teams with the content, programs, and tools they need to perform well. You will also lead pipeline creation efforts, guide demand generation initiatives, monitor performance indicators, and continuously improve conversion rates and sales efficiency. In addition, you will work with product leadership to shape roadmap priorities using market and customer feedback, while also building and developing a strong GTM team.

Qualifications

Applicants should have hands-on experience defining and executing GTM strategies for B2B SaaS or technology offerings, including segmentation, ICP development, and launch planning. A background in revenue-focused roles such as Sales, Growth, or Revenue Operations is important, along with a track record of contributing to pipeline growth and ARR expansion.

Experience in demand generation, performance marketing, and funnel improvement is expected, as is the ability to plan, run, and assess multi-channel campaigns. The role also requires experience in sales enablement, including creating playbooks, building sales stories, and developing training and content that improve win rates.

Candidates should be comfortable using data and analytics tools to define KPIs, build dashboards, and make informed GTM decisions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership abilities are essential, along with experience influencing across different levels of an organization.

Success in high-growth or startup settings is preferred, especially in environments that value experimentation, iteration, and operational discipline. The role also requires the ability to work on-site in Lenexa, Kansas.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related area is preferred, though an advanced degree or equivalent experience in a high-growth environment is also acceptable. Strong proven experience can outweigh formal education. This opportunity is open to applicants from anywhere in the world.
