Job description
About ARC Intelligence
ARC Intelligence is creating an AI-first finance operating system for modern mid-market companies. The platform brings planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and performance management together in one place, helping finance teams work across complex corporate structures with greater speed and visibility. By connecting financial data, operational workflows, and AI, the product is designed to reduce manual effort, improve transparency, and support quicker decision-making.
The company’s longer-term ambition is to become an AI-native ERP platform for process-heavy organizations. It is beginning with finance and aiming to extend AI-powered automation across the broader business over time.
Role Overview
This position is responsible for defining and executing the company’s go-to-market direction. The role blends strategy and hands-on execution, with ownership across pipeline creation, customer engagement, market learning, and the early setup of scalable commercial processes. It is well suited to someone who wants broad responsibility in an early-stage startup and enjoys helping shape the commercial foundation of a growing product company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ARC Intelligence’s go-to-market approach and carry it through execution.
- Build and maintain pipeline using outbound, inbound, referral, partnership, and founder-led channels.
- Expand and convert opportunities with mid-market customers.
- Develop strong relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and senior decision-makers.
- Run customer conversations and market research efforts to sharpen messaging and positioning.
- Partner with the founders on pricing, packaging, market segmentation, and plans for international growth.
- Evaluate and confirm new market opportunities, especially in the UK and US.
- Create repeatable GTM processes, playbooks, and performance tracking methods.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn customer feedback into product enhancements.
- Lay the groundwork for future sales, growth, and customer success functions.
- Help hire and manage the future GTM team as the company grows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, FinTech, ERP, or similar technology businesses.
- A demonstrated track record of building pipeline and closing complex deals.
- Experience selling to mid-market customers and navigating longer sales cycles.
- Strong grasp of modern GTM motions and revenue operations.
- Excellent communication, narrative-building, and negotiation abilities.
- An entrepreneurial approach and a preference for creating new systems rather than maintaining existing ones.
- Comfort working with uncertainty in a fast-paced startup setting.
- A highly structured, analytical, and execution-oriented working style.
- Interest in helping scale a European software company into international markets.
- Strong enthusiasm for AI, automation, and the future of enterprise software.
- Fluency in both German and English.
Benefits
- Opportunity to join an early-stage AI startup and influence its growth from the ground up.
- Direct access to the founders and a meaningful role in shaping company strategy.
- High ownership, autonomy, and decision-making responsibility from the beginning.
- A competitive compensation package with meaningful upside potential.
- A clear path to building and leading the full GTM organization.
- The chance to drive expansion into markets such as the UK and US.
- Flexible work options plus a modern office in Berlin.
- Opportunity to help establish a new category in enterprise software.
About the Opportunity
Traditional mid-market and enterprise software has often focused on moving information between systems, spreadsheets, and workflows. ARC Intelligence believes the next generation of business software will be AI-native: systems that understand business context, automate execution, and continuously improve how companies operate.
If you are motivated by building a category-defining company, enjoy high-ownership environments, and want to create a go-to-market function from scratch while helping a European technology business expand globally, this role is designed for you.
