Role overview
As Head of Growth, you will be the main driver behind scaling ETERNO Cloud. You will connect marketing, sales, and product into a high-performance growth engine, guide the Growth & Partnerships team, and improve the full funnel through data-driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Own both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of SaaS growth for ETERNO Cloud by aligning marketing and sales processes to lift conversion performance across the funnel.
- Lead and develop the Growth & Partnerships team, including hands-on coaching on outreach campaigns, pitch structure, and handling objections.
- Work closely with the Product team to feed user insights from sales conversations into the roadmap and put product-led growth initiatives into practice.
- Design and implement outbound motions such as social selling and cold outreach to acquire doctors, medical care centers, and clinics as SaaS customers, while also building and scaling healthcare partnerships.
- Track, analyze, and improve growth metrics such as churn, CAC, pipeline velocity, and customer lifetime value on an ongoing basis.
- Set up, improve, and personally configure sales infrastructure such as CRM systems and automation tools to streamline processes and better reflect user behavior in the sales flow.
What you should bring
- Several years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, ideally including leadership experience and exposure to HealthTech, healthcare, or practice management software environments.
- Strong track record in building strategic partnerships with a focus on revenue growth and market reach within healthcare.
- Proven ability to lead, build, and coach SDR or sales development teams, especially around outreach, pitch design, and objection handling.
- Very strong hands-on outbound and sales capability, including modern prospecting approaches such as social selling and cold outreach.
- Experience working across marketing, sales, and product functions to improve conversion rates and support product-led growth.
- Analytical mindset with deep understanding of SaaS growth metrics such as CAC, churn, pipeline velocity, and LTV, plus the ability to act on the numbers.
- Technical and CRM fluency, including confidence with systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce and automation tools for process improvement.
