About the role

We are working with a rapidly expanding women’s health and wellness brand built around a subscription model and science-backed nutrition. The company is at an exciting stage of growth and is hiring a senior growth leader to drive customer acquisition, subscription expansion, and digital performance across the business.

This is a high-impact leadership position where you will help shape the growth strategy while working closely with the founders. The role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.

What you will do

  • Design and deliver the brand’s digital growth strategy.
  • Drive acquisition and subscription growth through both paid and organic channels.
  • Manage and improve paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Take ownership of conversion rate optimisation across the website, landing pages, and subscription journey.
  • Track and interpret performance data and commercial metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, MRR, and churn.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives across email and SMS to strengthen customer retention.
  • Coordinate external agency partners while gradually developing in-house growth capabilities.
  • Partner closely with the founders to influence commercial decisions and overall business growth.

What we are looking for

We need someone with at least 5 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing within a DTC environment. You should have a track record of helping subscription-based consumer brands scale.

Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads is important, along with a solid understanding of acquisition, conversion optimisation, and retention marketing. Experience managing agencies and performance budgets is also required.

Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and the broader e-commerce stack will be valuable. The right person will be commercially astute, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.

The role is remote and full-time. The company is based in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.
