Role overview
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead for Berlin to work in a proptech environment. This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility, offering a salary range of €100K–€120K. The position partners closely with the CMO and is responsible for accelerating growth across Germany as well as international markets.
What you will do
- Lead acquisition planning and turn it into day-to-day execution.
- Take ownership of paid media activity, with responsibility for scaling it effectively.
- Oversee the management of substantial marketing budgets.
- Run a systematic test-and-learn process to improve growth outcomes.
- Analyse campaign and performance data to surface actionable insights.
- Support growth across both domestic and international markets.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience in paid media with a strong performance marketing background.
- Comfort working with D2C or similarly performance-led business models.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-moving scale-up setting.
- Strong analytical thinking and a commercially focused mindset.
- Capability to work closely with senior leadership, especially the CMO.
