Job description
About Go Health
Go Health develops scientifically-backed health technology applications focused on chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease, serving millions globally with scalable digital health solutions.
Role Overview
You will drive and expand our largest growth channel, Meta, balancing strong unit economics while exploring new customer acquisition avenues through platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Google Search, Amazon, and App Store Search. Leading creative strategy is key, ensuring continuous improvements via messaging, hooks, and formats that outperform competitors. Proactively addressing growth obstacles involving creative fatigue, increasing costs, saturation, and funnel inefficiencies will be essential.
End-to-end ownership of the acquisition funnel — from initial advertising impression to subscription conversions — demands optimizing quizzes, landing pages, and user journey touchpoints to maximize performance. You'll be fully hands-on at launch, with plans to grow and oversee the marketing team as the company expands. Prioritizing impactful growth initiatives and directing resources effectively to maximize results will be part of your strategic responsibilities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven practical experience scaling e-commerce and subscription products during rapid growth phases, with demonstrable personal impact.
- Expertise in performance marketing focused on paid social channels, including successfully managing large Meta advertising budgets.
- Track record of launching and scaling new acquisition channels beyond Meta, turning pilot efforts into meaningful growth.
- Comprehensive understanding of the customer conversion process, optimizing every stage from first contact to paid subscription.
- Keen intuition for creative excellence and leadership capabilities to guide creative teams in rapid, data-informed content production.
- Strong analytical mindset proficient with critical growth metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, payback period, and cohort analysis.
- Experience building and leading marketing teams while fostering a high-performance work environment.
- Ability to operate confidently in fast-paced settings, take initiative, manage ambiguity, and drive results with a decisive action-oriented approach.
