Key Responsibilities

• Establish and expand the Financial Planning division within the business.
• Design and implement commercial strategies and client propositions to enhance service offerings.
• Forge strong relationships with SME owners and senior decision-makers to generate new business.
• Provide expert advice on pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
• Recruit and develop the Financial Planning team, alongside optimizing processes and standards.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align the division's objectives with overall business goals.

Requirements and Experience

• Demonstrable experience in business development and managing client relationships effectively.
• Substantial expertise in Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or Financial Advisory roles.
• Possession of a QFA qualification; CFP accreditation is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive technical understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with business owners and executives.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to build and lead a new service line.
