Head of Event Production

Position Overview

Lenzo Experiences is looking for a proactive Head of Production to transform innovative creative ideas into safely executable, commercially viable event experiences. This leadership position involves overseeing all aspects of production feasibility, technical planning, fabrication, vendor management, budgeting, logistics, onsite execution, and project completion. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the job is based in Jeddah with responsibilities involving site visits and travel throughout Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating technical feasibility through site assessments, production techniques, detailed BOQs, and scheduling
• Managing production budgets, sourcing suppliers, monitoring costs, handling variations, and safeguarding profit margins
• Overseeing fabrication processes alongside AV, staging, lighting, rigging, power, temporary structures, and expert suppliers
• Coordinating logistics including installation, live-event readiness, teardown, and project closure
• Implementing quality control checkpoints, managing production risks, ensuring HSE compliance, and driving delivery recovery initiatives
• Leading production supervisors, project teams, on-site crews, and external collaborators
• Facilitating collaboration with Creative teams, Account Management, and other project stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in events, exhibitions, experiential or live production environments
• At least 5 years in leadership roles managing complex production deliveries, site operations, or subcontractors
• Expertise in BOQ development, cost estimating, procurement, scheduling, and stringent budget management
• Solid practical knowledge in fabrication and various live-event production disciplines
• Successful track record delivering intricate projects involving multiple suppliers and technical components
• Ability to lead calmly under pressure and confidently challenge decisions that threaten safety or commercial viability
• Preferably possesses event production experience and supplier networks within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
• Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Willingness to work onsite with flexibility for travel and evening or weekend project demands
