- Deliver compelling business proposals that speak to business, user, and financial decision-makers, positioning the solution as the best choice compared with competitors.
- Interpret customer business needs and align them with the most suitable product capabilities.
- Drive deals to closure within target timelines so quarterly individual and team goals are achieved.
- Follow the company’s sales process, including a structured handoff to the Client Success team.
- Take on additional duties as required.
Requirements

- Strong ability to influence others through product knowledge, value communication, and customer-centric service.
- Capability to adjust communication and selling style for different audiences.
- Comfort working with complex medical information and technology, and translating it into clear language.
- Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with members of the medical community.
- Ability to engage local stakeholders and understand community-specific priorities.
- Working knowledge of rural healthcare challenges and related regulatory and reimbursement models.
- Open to coaching and feedback and committed to ongoing professional growth.
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to succeed independently.
- Professional presentation and behavior, with consistent ethical conduct and alignment to company culture.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Ownership mindset with accountability for results, setbacks, and personal goals.
