Core Responsibilities

Commercial Performance:

  • Manage regular trading reviews—weekly, monthly, and seasonal—with clear, actionable insights highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct end-to-end business analysis including site traffic, conversion rates, average order value, margins, returns, and customer behaviors.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and risks, coordinating cross-functional actions to address them.

  • Ensure the digital user experience aligns with both brand identity and commercial objectives specific to the US market.

Team Management:

  • Guide and develop a diverse team including business development, community management, merchandising, and logistics specialists.
  • Foster a team culture centered on accountability and continuous learning.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to align community, merchandising, and logistics towards unified commercial goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Deliver consistent, organized performance reports to the General Manager and E-commerce Director.
  • Identify challenges early and propose practical solutions proactively.
  • Collaborate with global teams such as marketing, product, and finance to integrate the US business perspective.

Professional Experience

  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of e-commerce P&L management.
  • Strong commercial insight with a keen sense for prioritizing business opportunities.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellent communicative ability to distill complex data into clear, strategic narratives accompanied by decisive action steps.
