Role overview
This position leads the institutional digital assets sales agenda for Lightnet across Asia. The role is accountable for driving revenue expansion, opening new corridors, improving team performance, and building strategic partnerships around stablecoin settlement, OTC liquidity, and institutional payment flows.
Location
Bangkok, Singapore, or remote within Asia.
Commercial strategy and revenue growth
- Shape and implement the sales approach for digital assets across priority corridors.
- Take ownership of TPV, revenue, and corridor-level performance goals.
- Accelerate adoption of Lightnet’s stablecoin settlement, on/off-ramp, and treasury offerings.
- Design corridor-specific market entry and pricing plans while staying aligned with regulatory requirements.
Sales leadership
- Recruit, guide, and develop a regional team of senior sales managers.
- Establish KPIs, incentive plans, and strong pipeline management practices.
- Handle enterprise negotiations with institutional customers and partners.
Strategic partnerships
- Build and strengthen relationships with exchanges, OTC desks, payment service providers, banks, and corporate treasuries.
- Serve as the top escalation contact for major accounts.
- Represent Lightnet in senior partner meetings and industry events.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in fintech, payments, foreign exchange, or digital assets.
- Demonstrated success in leading institutional sales teams and growing TPV.
- Well-developed network among OTC desks, exchanges, PSPs, and financial institutions.
- Strong working knowledge of cross-border settlement, stablecoins, and liquidity management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional Asian languages is an advantage.
