Role overview

This position calls for a digital sales leader to support business operations and strengthen online acquisition performance. The role is centered on growing gross adds, improving the efficiency of digital spend, and ensuring that digital initiatives stay closely tied to commercial priorities.

Core responsibilities

  • Take ownership of digital acquisition channels and keep them aligned with company targets and wider business objectives.
  • Track and improve performance across paid media, social media, affiliate partnerships, and SEO to increase gross adds.
  • Review daily outputs from the agency and confirm that delivery remains cost-effective and strategically sound.
  • Build, recruit, and onboard an internal digital team covering social media, content creation, paid media, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
  • Create role-based KPIs for the in-house team and prepare them to assume operational duties currently handled by external agencies.
  • Assess and refine the website journey to improve user experience and lift conversion performance.
  • Compare the company’s digital touchpoints against competitors and introduce best practices where needed.
  • Monitor agency execution closely, ensuring daily work contributes to business goals and produces value for money.
  • Benchmark the agency’s commercial terms and service model against other major telecom digital agencies.
  • Provide practical recommendations after reviewing alternative agencies and delivery approaches.
  • Analyze digital acquisition results on a regular basis, including ROI and gross adds, and report key findings.
  • Identify performance gaps, implement corrective actions, and resolve issues that may affect results.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to address challenges quickly and keep digital activity aligned with company-wide goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the agency to support smooth communication and execution.

Expected qualifications and traits

  • Strong background in digital acquisition and sales, ideally within telecom or a similar environment.
  • Proven experience hiring, onboarding, and leading high-performing digital teams.
  • Ability to improve website journeys and optimize conversion rates.
  • Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills for reviewing agency performance and spend.
  • Confident communication and leadership ability for stakeholder and cross-functional engagement.
  • Comfort working with digital tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, and affiliate networks.
  • Results-focused, with a strong orientation toward measurable outcomes.
  • Highly organized, detail-conscious, and effective in execution.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to turn plans into action.
  • Collaborative team builder with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Gross adds generated through digital channels.
  • Successful onboarding of the in-house digital team during the consulting period.
