Role overview
Entsia is seeking a Head of Delivery to join its Executive Leadership Team and help shape the company’s growth, performance, strategic direction, and operational maturity. This senior leader will drive business growth, customer success, and operational performance across the organisation, with responsibility for delivering reliable, commercially disciplined, and high-quality outcomes across portfolio management and governance, professional services, technical delivery, and ongoing customer partnership.
As the most senior customer-facing leader for Delivery, this role focuses on creating a scalable and commercially strong function with clear ownership, highly engaged teams, strong customer relationships, and disciplined execution supported by effective governance.
Key outcomes
- Play a commercially, strategically, and operationally significant role in the leadership and overall performance of Entsia as part of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Ensure delivery performance is stable, commercially sustainable, and supports consistent revenue and margin results across customer portfolios.
- Establish and guide a Delivery function that can scale while maintaining dependable, high-quality customer outcomes.
- Achieve delivery results without compromising platform integrity, technical quality, or long-term operational scalability.
- Strengthen delivery leadership capability as the business expands, with leaders taking on greater ownership, accountability, and decision-making responsibility.
- Follow company policies and procedures relating to personal data handling, data confidentiality, and information security.
Skills and experience
- Strong background in leading complex delivery functions within SaaS, platform, or technology-enabled organisations.
- Proven ability to design, expand, and improve delivery operating models, governance structures, implementation methods, and execution capability in growing businesses.
- Solid commercial judgement, including forecasting, utilisation management, delivery margin oversight, prioritisation, and delivery risk control.
- Experience managing enterprise customer delivery environments involving complex implementations, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration while balancing customer expectations, capacity, technical limitations, and platform integrity.
- Effective leadership skills, including mentoring leaders, building accountability, improving operational discipline, and driving consistent execution across teams.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, founder-led, or high-growth settings where ambiguity, accountability, and executive engagement are high.
- Confident executive presence, strong communication, sound judgement, and emotional maturity, with the ability to lead under pressure and handle complex stakeholder situations constructively.
