Head of Data & Business Intelligence

Role overview

DaleelStore is hiring a strategic data leader to establish and grow its Data & Business Intelligence capability. The person in this position will shape the company’s data direction, strengthen analytics and reporting, and turn information into practical insights that improve decisions and business outcomes.

What you will do

• Set the direction and priorities for the organization’s Data & BI agenda.
• Create and oversee scalable solutions for analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Design dashboards and performance-monitoring frameworks for different business areas.
• Maintain strong practices around data quality, governance, and security.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business requirements and convert them into data-led solutions.
• Produce insights that help improve business performance and support better decision-making.
• Guide, manage, and develop the Data & BI team.
• Work with stakeholders across the company to build a stronger data-driven culture.

What we are looking for

• Solid background in data, analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related domain.
• Demonstrated experience leading data or analytics teams.
• Practical expertise with SQL and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.
• Strong analytical ability and a structured approach to solving problems.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Experience creating dashboards, reporting processes, and data models.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
