Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Head of Customer Success to lead our global Customer Success division. Reporting directly to the COO and collaborating with senior leadership, you will own the comprehensive customer success strategy, focusing on client retention, value delivery, and business growth. Your leadership will drive the management of significant, multifaceted accounts ensuring clients realize measurable benefits from Corlytics’ offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global customer success strategy aligned with corporate growth and retention goals.
  • Build and nurture a distributed, high-performing Customer Success team, incorporating structured coaching and performance management frameworks.
  • Set and monitor clear KPIs such as Gross Revenue Retention, client health metrics, and product adoption rates.
  • Lead initiatives for client retention, renewals, and expansion, handling complex commercial negotiations and strategic account plans.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key client relationships, fostering senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as the representative voice of the customer internally, collaborating across Product, Sales, Professional Services, and Support departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Influence product development through client insights and drive organizational alignment behind customer expectations.
  • Develop scalable Customer Success processes, playbooks, and lifecycle management models to ensure consistent client engagement quality.
  • Utilize AI and automation to supplement predictive customer insights and personalize engagement at scale.
  • Establish a customer advocacy program to convert satisfied clients into advocates, supporting brand strength and business expansion.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Over 10 years of experience in financial services and technology sectors, with substantial leadership roles in Customer Success or account management.
  • Proven expertise in driving customer retention, renewals, and revenue expansion within enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and enterprise SaaS delivery frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and leading high-performing teams with a focus on employee engagement and retention enhancements.
  • Excellent commercial and client relationship management skills, adept at handling complex accounts.
  • Ability to balance multiple strategic priorities while delivering measurable customer success outcomes.
