mitte is a premium boutique padel club concept built around excellent playing conditions, a refined atmosphere, and a modern community experience. The brand combines high-quality interiors in central city locations with digital solutions and a warm, human approach to make padel part of everyday urban life — whether for a quick match or as a social “third place.”
The business is driven by a belief that padel is an inclusive and energising sport that brings people together across ages and skill levels. The ambition is to build the global brand for premium padel.

Role overview
As Head of Creative, you will shape how mitte looks, sounds, and feels across every channel and touchpoint. Working directly with the CEO and founder, you will help evolve the brand strategy and turn it into a visual and verbal identity that positions mitte as a premium benchmark in the global padel market.
Your objective is to create a consistent, high-end brand experience across Instagram, the website, in-club print materials, campaigns, and beyond — for a network that may grow from a small number of clubs to a Germany-wide and eventually European footprint.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop the brand governance system, including visual language, tone of voice, logo usage, and design principles, so the brand remains consistent as the club network scales.
- Work with the CEO to refine the brand strategy and strengthen mitte’s positioning as a premium lifestyle brand in sport.
- Provide creative direction for photo and video shoots, graphic design, copywriting, and campaigns, while also contributing hands-on design work for important initiatives.
- Lead the creative direction of communication channels such as social media, the website, CRM, PR, and owner communications.
- Shape the creative side of strategic partnerships with brands, athletes, and cultural figures that fit the mitte world.
- Oversee the creative development of physical brand assets, including print, signage, membership materials, and merchandise lines in coordination with partners such as Adidas.
- Collaborate closely with Activation, Club Experience, and Operations to ensure brand, activation, and club experience feel like one coherent ecosystem.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building or creatively leading premium brands in sport, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, or consumer businesses.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to define and drive creative vision with agencies, photographers, designers, and internal teams.
- Confidence working hands-on on key topics, including contributing to design work when needed, not only briefing others.
- The ability to think strategically with leadership and translate brand strategy into a durable creative direction.
- A systems mindset to build guidelines, templates, and frameworks that can scale with growth while preserving quality.
- Genuine affinity for sport, athletic culture, and communities, with an understanding of how sport shapes brand emotion.
- Experience in leading and developing teams, agency partners, and creative networks.
- At least 5–7 years of professional experience in brand building, brand marketing, or creative direction, ideally in a premium and fast-growing environment.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
- Motivation to help build Europe’s leading padel operator with initiative, ownership, and a builder’s mindset.
