Role overview

This is a leadership opening for a creative marketing specialist in Germany who can define the advertising direction for high-growth digital products in international markets. The role centers on leading the creative strategy for paid acquisition, from early concept work through final delivery, while also developing a strong team and improving campaign outcomes through data-backed iteration.

You’ll work in a dynamic, performance-focused setting with a high degree of independence and ownership. In close partnership with user acquisition specialists, you will shape testing approaches, sharpen creative output, and help drive measurable business growth.

Core responsibilities

  • Set and execute the overall creative marketing approach to improve paid traffic results across several digital products.
  • Guide the development of effective ad concepts and oversee the complete production flow from idea generation to finished assets.
  • Lead, coach, and expand the creative marketing team while supporting collaboration, motivation, and career growth.
  • Organize production planning and workflow coordination so creative assets are delivered on time and at a high standard.
  • Work hand in hand with user acquisition managers to keep creative work aligned with campaign targets and performance goals.
  • Create and improve scalable production processes, along with practical workflows and best practices.
  • Develop testing frameworks that help raise creative efficiency and overall campaign performance.
  • Track creative results, review performance data, and turn findings into actions that improve campaigns and team output.

Required background

  • Minimum of 1 year in a creative marketing leadership role or a comparable position.
  • Strong grasp of user acquisition and performance marketing fundamentals.
  • Track record of creating fresh ad concepts that produce clear business impact.
  • Experience handling creative production pipelines and managing several priorities at once.
  • Practical experience with creative testing methods and performance improvement.
  • Leadership skills that include coaching, motivation, and team development.
  • Strategic thinking with an emphasis on product and marketing KPI achievement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • English level of B2 or above.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and outcome-driven working style.
  • Experience with video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products is a plus.

Benefits and support

  • Flexible remote work or office-based work, with a flexible schedule.
  • 20 paid vacation days, 15 paid sick days, and 6 additional family leave days.
  • Medical insurance fully covered by the employer.
  • Reimbursement for sports activities and work equipment.
  • Financial and legal support services.
  • Team-building events, company celebrations, gifts, and branded items.
  • Support initiatives for employees serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
  • Participation in social impact initiatives.
  • Access to modern work equipment or reimbursement if you use your own devices.
  • Growth opportunities within an experienced team.
  • Performance reviews and personalized Individual Development Plans.
  • Funding for professional training, certifications, and English courses.
  • Corporate library access, a book club, and regular knowledge-sharing activities.
