This opportunity is offered through a hiring partner, which will handle all applications and subsequent recruitment steps. The partner is seeking a Head of Creative Marketing for a Switzerland-based role.
The position is ideal for an experienced creative marketing leader who wants to define the advertising direction for fast-scaling digital products in international markets. You will own the creative strategy for paid acquisition efforts, guiding concepts from initial idea through final delivery while also developing and coaching a strong team. The work environment is fast-moving and focused on data, requiring close collaboration with user acquisition teams to improve results through ongoing testing and refinement. The role provides a high level of independence, strategic influence, and the chance to affect core business outcomes through creative performance.
Key accountabilities
- Set and drive the end-to-end creative marketing approach to improve paid traffic outcomes across several digital products.
- Shape compelling ad concepts and supervise the entire production process, from brainstorming to final asset delivery.
- Recruit, guide, motivate, and develop the Creative Marketing team while encouraging strong collaboration and professional growth.
- Organize production timelines and day-to-day workflows so high-quality assets are delivered on time.
- Work closely with User Acquisition Managers to ensure creative plans support campaign targets and performance goals.
- Establish efficient, scalable creative production systems and implement best practices.
- Create and improve testing frameworks that help raise creative quality and campaign effectiveness over time.
- Track creative results, study performance data, and translate findings into actions that improve campaigns and team output.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing function or a comparable creative leadership role.
- Good working knowledge of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing principles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop fresh ad concepts that produce measurable commercial impact.
- Experience managing creative production workflows while handling several priorities at once.
- Practical experience with creative testing and performance improvement methods.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and team engagement capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with a clear focus on product and marketing KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Collaborative, proactive, and outcome-driven working style.
- Exposure to video chat, livestreaming, or social networking products is a plus.
