Role Overview
This is a leadership opening for an experienced creative marketing professional in Ireland. The role focuses on shaping the advertising direction for fast-scaling digital products in international markets. You will own the creative strategy for paid acquisition, guide concept development through final delivery, and help build a strong team that can consistently produce and improve high-performing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Create and run the end-to-end creative marketing strategy aimed at improving paid traffic results across several digital products.
- Lead the generation of ad concepts that perform well, and oversee the complete production flow from early ideas to finished creative assets.
- Hire, coach, and develop the creative marketing team while encouraging teamwork, ownership, and professional growth.
- Organize production timelines and day-to-day workflows so creative deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.
- Work closely with user acquisition managers to ensure creative plans support campaign targets and performance priorities.
- Establish scalable production systems and refine creative operating practices for efficiency and consistency.
- Develop and improve testing approaches that help identify stronger creative and lift campaign performance over time.
- Track creative outcomes, review performance data, and turn findings into practical actions that improve campaign and team results.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a creative marketing team or a comparable creative leadership role.
- Good grasp of user acquisition and performance marketing fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to build original ad concepts that generate measurable business impact.
- Experience managing creative production processes and juggling multiple priorities effectively.
- Practical experience with creative testing and performance optimization methods.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with a clear focus on product and marketing KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Proactive, collaborative, and outcome-focused working style.
- Experience with video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products is an added advantage.
