Role overview
A premium hospitality group in Central London is looking for an experienced Head of Creative Design to steer the visual direction across its growing portfolio of venues. The business is expanding quickly and is investing heavily in brand development, guest experience and marketing capability, with design and storytelling seen as central to its growth.
In this role, you will own creative direction across multiple premium hospitality brands, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on design delivery. You will work closely with Marketing, Operations and senior leadership to create work that strengthens brand perception, improves guest engagement and supports commercial performance.
The salary is approximately £70,000 to £80,000, along with a benefits package. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, with flexibility in the business.
Creative leadership and brand development
- Take charge of the creative direction across several premium hospitality brands.
- Safeguard and refine brand identity across all guest-facing channels.
- Shape creative ideas that align with marketing goals and business priorities.

Brand launches and innovation
- Direct creative work for new venue openings, partnerships and large campaigns.

Design and content production

Motion graphics and digital storytelling

Candidate profile
This role would suit an established Head of Creative, Creative Lead, Design Director, Senior Graphic Designer ready to step up, or Senior Creative Manager with deep hands-on design expertise. The ideal person is an exceptional designer who has grown into a senior leadership role while still enjoying the craft of making great work.
You should be comfortable setting the creative direction and also using Adobe Creative Suite yourself to bring ideas to life. A strong eye for design, typography, layout and visual storytelling is essential, along with a portfolio showing effective branding, digital, print, motion and guest-facing creative.
Experience and technical requirements
- Extensive graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong branding, identity, digital, print and campaign work for premium consumer, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury or premium consumer sectors would be a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to lead creative strategy across multiple brands or business areas while remaining hands-on in delivery.
- Experience building creative concepts, presentations and campaign direction.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite ability, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing creative, user engagement and brand storytelling.
- Excellent fundamentals in typography, composition, colour, layout, visual hierarchy and brand identity development.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Motion graphics and animation capability would be beneficial.

Working pattern and additional information

The package includes a salary of circa £70,000 to £80,000 plus benefits.
