About Roundglass
Roundglass is driven by the belief that wellbeing should be central to life. The organization is building a technology-enabled wellness ecosystem while also advancing social impact through its foundation and related initiatives. Its work focuses on creating meaningful, positive change for people and communities, with an emphasis on purpose-driven innovation and inclusive growth.
Roundglass Foundation supports several impact initiatives, including Roundglass Punjab, Roundglass Sports, Roundglass Sustain, and India Global Center, all aimed at improving wellbeing for communities and the planet.
Role Overview
This position leads corporate fundraising efforts for Roundglass Foundation during an important growth phase after the completion of its initial five-year pilot. The role acts as a senior representative for the foundation, building and managing relationships with influential supporters, partners, investors, and organizations across the region. It also includes shaping a team to engage individuals and corporations and encouraging contributions of funding, time, and expertise.
The role is responsible for bringing in new donor accounts and ensuring growth in revenue from those partnerships. It requires designing tailored cultivation approaches, developing outreach and closure plans, and maintaining thoughtful reporting on every investment made.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead the overall fundraising roadmap with short-, medium-, and long-term goals aligned to the foundation’s mission and impact priorities.
- Expand and strengthen a nationwide supporter network by deepening relationships with current donors and attracting new backers.
- Create a diversified fundraising mix that includes individuals, corporate partners, foundations, and other funding channels.
- Drive fundraising campaigns and partnership outreach with high-net-worth individuals, companies, and philanthropic organizations.
- Work closely with foundation leadership to ensure funds are deployed transparently and effectively across priority areas.
- Monitor developments in philanthropy and share relevant market and sector insights with internal teams.
- Apply innovative fundraising and cause-marketing approaches to improve performance across programs.
- Collaborate across functions to identify new opportunities and strengthen overall organizational impact.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, social sciences, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Background in social impact or development-sector organizations is preferred.
- Strong ability to lead with empathy, work across teams and functions, and drive outcomes independently.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with limited supervision and ambiguity.
- Excellent organization, project management, interpersonal skills, and executive presence.
- Ability to establish credibility quickly and demonstrate subject-matter expertise.
- Strong cultural awareness and experience working effectively with diverse people, cultures, and time zones in an international setting.
- Capacity to stretch to meet deadlines and support time-bound goals for both self and team.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team and deliver results.
- Adaptability, openness to innovation, and awareness of changing trends, regulations, and policy environments.
Eligibility
Applicants must be graduates; a master’s degree and substantial experience in fundraising and partnerships are expected for the role.
