Job description
About the Role
Broadridge is looking for an experienced senior leader to take charge of its Global Technology & Operations (GTO) business in Canada. This is a high-impact leadership position with wide-ranging accountability for strategy, revenue growth, client relationships, operational performance, talent leadership, and financial outcomes.
In this role, you will oversee a long-standing Canadian business that supports many of the country’s key financial institutions across wealth management, capital markets, and asset management. The position calls for someone who already leads at scale, understands the needs of banks, dealers, and wealth firms, demonstrates strong credibility with senior executives in Canada, and has a history of expanding complex businesses while driving change.
This is an uncommon opportunity to manage a major Canadian franchise with substantial P&L responsibility, strong market visibility, and direct influence on the next stage of Broadridge’s growth in Canada.
What You Will Lead
- Broadridge’s Canadian GTO business, with ownership of overall performance, growth, profitability, client satisfaction, and delivery
- Market strategy for Canada, including expansion within existing accounts and identification of new growth avenues
- Senior client relationships across the Canadian banking, dealer, wealth, and capital markets landscape
- Large client programs, transformation initiatives, and improvements to the operating model
- Cross-functional collaboration with leaders in product, sales, strategy, finance, HR, and operations to align investments, capabilities, and go-to-market priorities
- Ongoing development of a high-performing leadership team and a strong organizational culture
What Success Looks Like
- Build and expand a sizable Canadian business with clear responsibility for revenue and profitability
- Strengthen Broadridge’s relationships with banks, dealers, and wealth firms through trusted executive-level engagement
- Bring a market-informed view of client investment trends, industry shifts, and differentiation opportunities for Broadridge
- Lead complex, cross-functional work that improves client outcomes, efficiency, and scalability
- Unify a broad organization and sustain disciplined execution against strategic goals
- Represent Broadridge effectively and with credibility in the Canadian financial services market
Profile We Are Looking For
Broadridge is seeking a leader with the gravitas and judgment to work naturally with senior leaders in Canadian financial services, along with the operational discipline needed to run a large business.
- Extensive senior leadership background in banking, dealer services, wealth, capital markets, post-trade, fintech, or technology-enabled financial services
- Demonstrated responsibility for a large business, business unit, or platform with meaningful P&L ownership
- Strong record of delivering programs and meeting targets, including growth and financial objectives, while managing complex client environments and leading through change
- Deep understanding of the Canadian financial services environment and the priorities of major banks, dealers, and wealth firms
- Experience leading business transformation, service model changes, or large-scale operational improvement
- Executive presence, sound judgment, and the credibility to build relationships at C-suite and senior executive levels
- Proven ability to work across matrixed organizations and deliver results through influence, collaboration, and accountability
Preferred Background
- Established relationships within the Canadian financial services sector
- Experience in highly regulated, service-driven, and operationally complex environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred
Why This Role Matters
This is a broad business leadership mandate rather than a narrow functional role. It offers the chance to shape strategy, influence the market, and lead an important Canadian franchise at scale alongside matrix leaders and global partners.
For the right executive, this position provides leadership of a major Canadian business, meaningful commercial and operational responsibility, direct exposure to leading financial institutions and industry priorities, and a visible platform within Broadridge and across the Canadian financial services sector.
