Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous enhancements in organisational operational performance to ensure efficient, consistent, and quality service delivery.
- Create and implement policies, operational frameworks, and procedures that foster sustainable business growth.
- Manage facilities, supplier relationships, administrative support, and corporate services to sustain optimal working conditions.
- Oversee critical HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning, and compliance.
- Drive organisational development via governance, reporting mechanisms, succession planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, marketing tactics, cross-departmental projects, and support senior leadership on risk management and business continuity.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in operational or corporate services roles within professional or regulated sectors.
- Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders and influence decisions at all organisational levels.
- Strong communication, strategic planning, and organisational skills.
- Experience managing governance frameworks, operational improvement projects, and multidisciplinary functions.
