About the Role
Our client, a Diagnostics and Clinical Laboratory located in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, is seeking a Head of Business Development to drive growth and expansion efforts. This full-time position reports directly to the CEO, focusing on establishing strategic partnerships and scaling business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and implement the B2B growth strategy to expand the client base.
- Facilitate onboarding of hundreds of partner clinics, pharmacies, educational institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Lead the Bio-Tek franchising initiative, transforming a network of local banks into collection laboratories for Bio-Tek services.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable business development role, preferably within the biomedical sector.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in deal structuring.
- Proven experience in scaling teams effectively.
- Fluent proficiency in English at a native speaker level.
