Role Overview

Mubadala is looking for a Head of AI Strategy and Transformation to join its AI Enablement team and drive the enterprise-wide AI agenda, ensure alignment with business priorities, and help translate AI ambition into measurable organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refresh AI ambitions on an ongoing basis so they stay aligned with changing business priorities, market conditions, and emerging innovation.
• Lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives, including the annual AI maturity assessment and peer benchmarking process.
• Collaborate with investment platforms to expand AI impact across the portfolio and maintain a practical AI playbook that supports adoption.
• Build and implement an enterprise AI scorecard that connects AI priorities to business and corporate scorecards and tracks value delivered.
• Drive the AI change agenda with Human Capital, including skills development and learning pathways that support the cultural shift needed for AI adoption.
• Engage with external stakeholders across industry, academia, and regulators to support transformation efforts and represent the organization in high-profile discussions.

Work Arrangement

The role is based in Abu Dhabi. Flexible working is available, with remote work permitted for up to 5 days per month.
