Job description
Role Overview
SSP Solutions is hiring a senior finance professional to lead the accounts and finance function in Kolkata. The position is designed for a qualified Chartered Accountant who can oversee financial operations, ensure strong controls, and guide the business on planning, compliance, and treasury matters.
Core Functions
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities to support business decision-making.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts and track performance against plans.
- Manage finalization of accounts and overall month-end/year-end close processes.
- Handle direct and indirect tax matters and ensure compliance.
- Oversee ROC-related compliance requirements.
- Maintain asset accounting records and related controls.
- Monitor working capital and support efficient cash deployment.
- Manage cash flow and fund flow planning.
- Supervise banking relationships and treasury activities.
- Establish and maintain financial controls across the function.
- Serve as the head of finance and provide leadership across accounting and finance operations.

The ideal applicant must be a qualified Chartered Accountant. The role is based in Kolkata, and female candidates are preferred.
Compensation
The offered package is Rs 22.50 LPA, which corresponds to an annual salary of 2500000 INR.
