Head Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the barista team as Head Barista behind the bar.
• Maintain quality control of all coffee products.
• Develop brew protocols to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Create recipes for seasonal beverages for summer and winter.
• Manage coffee inventory and place orders accordingly.
• Conduct safe and systematic maintenance and cleaning of the coffee inventory and equipment.
• Engage in proactive sales and presentation of cakes, pastries, and coffee beans.
• Ensure smooth stock flow and effective product presentation.
• Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
• Represent the company brand and its core philosophy effectively.
• Regularly share knowledge and expertise within the team and company.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of professional experience in a similar role involving coffee specialty preparation.
• Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
• Flexible, reliable, and responsible towards colleagues, customers, and company assets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Professional, clean appearance with a genuine interest in people.
• Proficient in German language.
