The position is to be filled as soon as possible in Berlin-Neukölln, Berlin-Marzahn/Hellersdorf, or Berlin Treptow-Köpenick.
Role overview
In this position, you will ensure efficient, service-oriented support for the assigned property portfolio. You will act as a point of contact and service partner for tenants, landlords, and third parties, serving as an important link between tenants and the client.
Responsibilities
- Carry out professional cleaning of buildings and outdoor areas.
- Monitor traffic safety in risk-sensitive areas.
- Check the proper operation of technical building systems.
- Assist with waste disposal tasks.
- Monitor the work performed by external service providers.
- Handle administrative duties for the client, including enforcing house rules.
Requirements
- Vocational training or professional experience in building cleaning is desirable; motivated career changers are also welcome.
- Strong communication skills and good German language ability at B2 level.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional manner.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Physical resilience and stamina.
