Role overview
GONDER Group is hiring a full-time housekeeper / caretaker in Darmstadt with an immediate start. The working schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role comes with pay above the standard tariff and a range of attractive benefits.

What the job involves
- Installing items such as pictures, whiteboards, and dispenser systems
- Assembling furniture, flipcharts, and similar equipment
- Handling minor repairs in coordination with the client
- Clearing small blockages
- Replacing toilet seats
- Collecting toner cartridges
- Carrying out general disposal tasks for furniture, electrical devices, and similar items
- Repairing and checking the function of dispenser systems, such as soap dispensers
- Cutting back hedges, shrubs, and plants when needed to keep walkways clear
- Managing small internal moves for up to around three workstations
- Transporting items such as furniture, plants, or other materials around the site
- Cleaning outdoor areas and supporting quality control
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Practical manual skills and craftsmanship
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Strong written and spoken German
- High customer focus
- Valid Category B driving licence
