Job description
Position Overview
WOBA Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Pasewalk GmbH manages around 1,770 residential and commercial units in Pasewalk and is looking for a committed housekeeper/maintenance all-rounder to support its technical property management team as soon as possible. The role is permanent, full-time, and based on site. The focus is on keeping the company’s residential buildings in a technically sound and well-maintained condition through practical, independent work.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance work in flats and residential buildings.
- Repair or replace doors, windows, locks, fittings, and other building components.
- Handle smaller jobs in drywall construction, painting, tiling, and flooring.
- Perform minor plumbing and electrical tasks within permitted limits.
- Complete small touch-up and renovation assignments.
- Install letterboxes, signs, railings, and other fixtures or equipment.
- Prepare apartments for new tenants.
- Inspect buildings regularly and identify and report larger defects.
- Monitor order and traffic safety on the company’s properties.
- Support the long-term upkeep and value preservation of the housing stock through general maintenance work.
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training in a manual trade or an equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a solution-focused mindset.
- Friendly, service-oriented communication and conduct.
- Strong teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility.
- Class BE driving licence, or willingness to obtain it.
