Role Overview
We are looking for a Hausmeister (caretaker) to join our team immediately in Berlin. As the central point of contact for our properties, you will be essential to our operations, responsible for maintenance, safety, and collaboration with external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for property management and upkeep, ensuring smooth operations.
- Prioritize safety by overseeing traffic safety measures and inspecting the physical condition of residential complexes.
- Handle minor repairs and supervise third-party contractors.
- Provide dependable emergency support through on-call duties.
- Assist with winter services such as snow and ice removal.

- Possession of a Class B driver's license and mobility.
