Overview

Seize the opportunity to work at the scenic IFA Fehmarn Hotel & Ferien-Centrum, located directly on the beach with 420 rooms and holiday apartments across four buildings. During peak season, our diverse team of up to 100 employees from various nationalities works together to create memorable guest experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of both indoor and outdoor premises.
• Perform upkeep and repairs on technical building systems including heating, plumbing, and ventilation.
• Carry out installations in the electrical sector.
• Manage procurement of consumable materials.
• Ensure proper documentation and produce inspection reports.
• Brief and supervise external contractors, coordinating their provided services.
• Serve as the contact point for technical inquiries and fault reports.

Required Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith or electrician, with initial professional experience in similar roles.
• Adaptability, resilience, and an independent working style; capable of maintaining composure in stressful conditions.
• Willingness to work shifts and partial shifts.
• Strong team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, high sense of responsibility, and a neat appearance.
• Proficient German language skills.
