Your Role

Join our team at the main administration office in Ratingen as a Hausmeister (Facility Maintenance Caretaker) to manage and maintain the company’s headquarters and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage and upkeep the headquarters and company premises
• Perform minor repairs and various handyman tasks
• Monitor technical systems and address minor malfunctions
• Coordinate and supervise external craftsmen and maintenance service providers
• Assist with internal moves, events, and other organizational duties
• Conduct minor transport and errand runs as needed

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a trade or comparable practical experience
• Strong manual skills combined with technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach
• Friendly and helpful demeanor
• Valid driving license class B
