Job Responsibilities
- Perform general facility maintenance tasks including minor repairs.
- Manage ordering of various supplies such as nitrogen, methanol, and general consumables.
- Oversee inventory and storage of general consumable materials.
- Clean laboratory glassware using sterilizers and autoclaves.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for laboratory equipment after training.
- Take responsibility for the institute's environmental protection efforts, including recycling.
Qualifications and Skills
- Practical craftsmanship skills combined with technical understanding.
- Basic German language proficiency (A1 level).
Desirable Attributes
- Vocational training in a trade or experience in the technical field.
- Reliable and independent working style.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
