Position Overview
We are looking to hire a Hausmeister / Facility Manager (m/w/d) at Kita Waldräuber, available for full-time or 30-hour part-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and ensuring operational functionality of all facility installations and adherence to maintenance schedules
- Regular site inspections, coordinating with contracted companies (cleaning, maintenance, construction), and overseeing compliance with safety and fire protection regulations
- Maintenance and upkeep of the kindergarten premises and surrounding areas
- Execution of minor repairs, securing doors and windows, fixing small structural damages, and assembling furniture
- Assisting with needs assessment, procurement, obtaining quotes, and comparing offers
- Purchasing materials and handling receipt of deliveries
- Supporting equipment setup for fairs and both internal and external events
Candidate Profile
- Committed individual, ideally with a completed vocational training in a trade
- Experience in facility management or housekeeper roles, possessing both manual and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license class B (car)
- Proficient communication skills in German, both spoken and written
- Self-motivated, attentive, organized, capable of handling criticism and conflicts, and a team player
