About the Role

IBM Software is looking for a HashiCorp Ecosystem Go-To-Market Specialist in Singapore. This role sits within the HashiCorp regional sales organization and focuses on accelerating growth across the partner ecosystem. The objective is to expand revenue for HashiCorp products and services by working through resellers, distributors, systems integrators, technology alliances, and cloud-service providers. The role also supports IBM’s broader goal of making HashiCorp one of its strongest acquisitions by driving substantial revenue growth over the next few years.

As part of the regional ecosystem team, you will help increase adoption across public, multi-cloud, and hybrid-cloud environments, while strengthening partner-led routes to market and improving IBM’s reach across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the HashiCorp subject matter expert for ecosystem partners, including VARs, VADs, SIs, technology alliances, and CSPs.
  • Explain the value of the HashiCorp portfolio clearly to both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Collaborate with the worldwide ecosystem strategy team, the regional GTM team, and local sales leaders to create and adapt regional go-to-market plans.
  • Enable and train the IBM Ecosystem Sales team on HashiCorp products, positioning, and business value.
  • Help existing and new IBM partners build and expand their HashiCorp practices for resale and services delivery.
  • Work with R&D, Product, and Technical Field Organization teams to stay updated on product innovations, features, and IBM technology integrations.
  • Partner with local cloud-service provider and hyperscaler teams to grow marketplace-driven business.
  • Contribute to incremental regional revenue growth through partner ecosystem execution.

Success Outcomes for Year One

  • Meet the region’s ACV bookings and revenue goals.
  • Increase resale and distribution of HashiCorp offerings through partner channels.
  • Grow revenue and bookings through cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and Google.
  • Deliver strong technical and business-value enablement to IBM Ecosystem Sales teams.
  • Activate and scale HashiCorp practices within priority partners.

Preferred Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in direct sales or partner sales.
  • Background in SaaS or cloud infrastructure environments.
  • Ability to build a GTM plan with sales leadership, anchored on revenue targets, key levers, tactics, and a market-specific execution approach.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills for working with partners, sales teams, product teams, and direct sales stakeholders.
  • Solid technical product understanding and cloud knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering technical and commercial training.
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
