Work Schedule and Compensation

Your shift will be from 5 AM to 10 AM. The starting wage is $17 per hour for part-time employment.

Key Duties

• Perform duties aligned with standard procedures and the building’s operational timetable.
• Maintain cleanliness in rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, mop, remove debris, and clean spills across sales floors and seating areas.
• Regularly empty trash receptacles throughout the site.
• Manage recycling materials by separating and consolidating them into designated bins.
• Clean and polish windows, mirrors, stainless steel fixtures, furniture, shelves, and products.
• Maintain restrooms for customers and staff, ensuring cleanliness and replenishment of supplies.
• Complete sweep logs as directed and operate/sanitize equipment safely and properly.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols diligently.
• Carry out minor repairs involving carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing tasks.
• Perform touch-up and finish painting as needed.
• Empty wastebaskets and replace light bulbs.
• Set up and dismantle chairs, tables, and equipment in meeting and function rooms.
• Report completed work to supervisors orally or in writing daily.

Required Qualifications

• Effective communication skills with customers and management.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, procedure guidelines, and chemical handling documents, primarily in English, with Spanish materials where applicable.
• Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities, balancing both planning and execution.
• A minimum of three years' experience in building maintenance.
• Willingness to use the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app on a personal device for attendance and training purposes, with possible cell phone reimbursement where required.
