Role Overview

The Hajj & Umrah Consultant position is a full-time, onsite role in Dubai tasked with organizing all aspects of pilgrimage trips for clients. Responsibilities include advising on religious travel prerequisites, crafting detailed travel itineraries, coordinating flights, lodging, and local transport, and managing visa and documentation procedures with precision. The consultant interacts with clients through telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings, delivering clear guidance on regulations and package choices related to pilgrimages. This role also involves collaborating with vendors, rapidly addressing travel-related challenges, and rendering culturally aware and professional customer support throughout the pilgrimage journey.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent client service and communication skills, capable of engaging respectfully with a wide range of travelers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Hajj and Umrah procedures, including visa rules, travel guidelines, and fundamental pilgrimage rituals and schedules.
• Experience in travel itinerary management and booking processes such as flight ticketing and hotel reservations.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities to manage multiple bookings and last-minute adjustments effectively.
• Proficiency with travel booking platforms, email communication, and office software; knowledge of ticketing systems is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages frequent among pilgrims is advantageous.
• Commitment to onsite presence in Dubai with dependability during peak religious seasons and meticulous attention to detail.
• Prior experience in travel or religious tourism agencies and relevant academic background in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
